Extremely clean, quiet I've paid close to 60$ using the 10$ washers which are the bigger ones. I am grateful for a laundry mat that'll actually wash the washers and clean out the dries. The bathrooms are spotless but the only issue is there's no changing table for infants

I have experienced no issues during my visits to your Spin City at the Classen Blvd location! Granted, I always make use of the drop off service provided so I have no first hand experience with the machines. However the staff is always very friendly and accommodating with what i bring in. I am always very pleased with the folding and plastic wrapping done by staff, true pros over there. Thank you especically Damion and Beth who know me by name and deal with my yucky clothes(and everyone elses).

This place is fantastic! My front loader broke at home and needed to wash clothes. Visited a few self laundromats in the area and most were disgusting - except for this one. Clean, well lit at night and machines were mostly pretty clean. A few had gunk in the detergent slots, but an employee was alerted and cleaned it right away. I feel confident that my clothes and queen bed comforter will turn out very clean. THANK YOU

Staff is good but their games are all rigged. The claw doesn't even hold a single prize. And im very good at the claw games. Just stick with your laundry and save money with not even playing any games. Couldn't even get the biggest prize because of the grip of the claw. Worst rigged claw game I've ever seen.

Not just the best and cleanest laundry I have ever seen, but, I actually had fun doing my laundry, watching TV, visiting and lying to all the women who would listen..😁 Here it is. I felt safe. I was literally catered to, AND my filthy work clothes got clean. It was, without a doubt, my first experience having fun doing chores. I got me a card and downloaded the app because the one card covers everything. And the one in my neighborhood is close to everything so, I can bike out and take care of other business while I'm in between switching loads in and out. Bravo. Ice cream on top.

Bri and Christina always have it very clean and are very friendly. This is the best laundromat in the area by far. The washers and dryers seem to be cleaned regularly. The bathrooms are always fresh as well. My only complaint is the vending machine items are way too expensive to consider

My husband works on the road and drops his laundry off every week to be done. The ladies here found my wedding ring in his laundry and returned it to us. I couldn’t be more thankful!

My wife and I were impressed with the drop-off service. It was a quick turnaround time and we were very impressed on the folding, hanging, and all-around care of our clothes. I will definitely be using this service in the future.

I am new to the city and to washing bigger bedding. l Had gone several places first and they were awful. I waked into the Spin City with a cheery hello and ask if I needed help… which I did. Beth took great care of me and I most definitely be back with family members.

BUT (it's a big but) I accidentally left my debit card sitting out by my laundry stuff and went across the street to shop at Walmart while my clothes were washing before I realized it was gone! I retraced my steps and found it right where I left it!!! Honest everyday people were walking right past it💕

Upvote for the cleanliness and friendliness. As a road warrior, I visit many laundromats. If I could have one like this in each city, I would always drive out of my way to use them. Spacious and well lit facility. The equipment takes coins/cars, works, and seems very clean. The attendants were super friendly.

Since my daughter broke my washer I been having to goto a laundromat, and I went driving around to find some and I jus so happened drive past this place, went inside and looked and was so surprised how clean and new the washers and dryers look , the staff is wonderful and do a wonderful job on keeping it right Good job I will always come to this one no other

This place is clean and even though there are a few machines that are down there always seems to be enough room for everyone here to do their laundry. Great location nice AC and vending machines.

This is a fantastic laundry mat! It’s has the plenty of washer and a lot of dryers!! It has nice bathroom, a couple vending machines, atm, and cash to coin things. The works were very nice and helpful! It was clean and nice!

A VERY CLEAN and spacious coin-operated laundromat even though when I was there (on Sunday) it was quite busy. I've been to many laundromats in the area, and I found this one most appealing due to its cleanliness, location/clientele.
Nicole, the on-duty manager was professional, personable, conscientious, attentive to detail, and all-around amazing. She knows her machines! What an asset she is to the company! I was quite impressed.

Plenty of large clean washers, nice hot dryers. Plenty of clean tables to sort and fold.
The lady at the desk was super friendly and helpful. You have the option to use debit card or coins which is super convenient, or you can load a card there and receive five dollars edit for every 40 you add.
They have vending machines, a little mini arcade for kids and outlets to charge phones.
This place is clean….until, the restroom situation is awkward and kind of gross. Two restrooms available for both men and women. It makes you feel like you don’t want to touch anything let alone use them. Hand dryers instead stead of paper towels. It does not change my five star rating, it just makes me not use the restrooms.

This is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I’ve ever used! While I was in there I saw multiple employees cleaning, dusting, etc. That’s so important when you are in a place to CLEAN your clothes.

I also noticed that these dryers didn’t give that “burnt” smell like other laundromats where the heat setting is too high no matter what you do.

They have multiple ways to pay for the services instead of just quarters! I mean it’s 2025, why aren’t all laundromats doing this yet?!

Sin city is a very good laundry mat. They have dryers that can hold x5 and x8 loads of laundry. That makes it so much easier, in my opinion. 🙂

This place is fantastic. I dropped of my dirty's around 9am & had them back by 1pm. Great job of wash & fold. These guys wrap your clothes tightly with plastic & hang your collard shirts for you. AMAZING service!!!!!! 10 Stars!!!! I will be back for sure!

Took awhile to buy a washer/dryer for our home - and so for about 6mos, we did our laundry weekly at Spin City. These folks run a great operation here.

Spin City also has staff available for all open hours, who are always cleaning the room, the machines and helping customers. All employees have been friendly, and obviously take pride in their work.

Dozens of washers available here - and they're clean and in good condition. In fact, it's rare to see any that are down for service at all! Easy for me to find several machines open at nearly any time of day - and in two hours, I'm unloading and folding piles of clean clothes. In all of my visits - I never saw any of our clothes get ruined, torn or taken.

Plus - it's nice to have so many televisions and a wide array of vending snacks onsite, too.

Thanks for helping us along, Spin City. You've earned my recommendation!

Added 5/11/25 - just wanted to say Sunday morning laundry is still a pleasure here. I put laundry into a broken washer and paid. Kendra was able to pay for our drying to make up for it. Other times I've been in the coworkers are always pleasant and helpful. Still recommend!

Kendra & Krista on Sunday mornings are always so pleasant and helpful. We enjoy our "laundry dates" there. Well kept establishment and I feel fair prices for machines. Definitely recommend for you laundry needs.

I went to use the large washer and dryers for bedding. Go early cuz it gets busy in the afternoon!

It's ALWAYS busy. They have tons of washers available for decent prices. But finding a dryer after your loads are washed are a joke. Half the dryers are out of order. And the other half are always took. People bring in 10 loads and take a lot of dryers. I am always stressing thinking am I going to be able to get into a dryer or am I going to have to go to a different laundry mat to go dry? Which is so extra. The little carts they provide are always took. People will put their baskets inside them while their clothes are washing and their needed for people's clothes who are actually done before theirs. Maintenance needs to get there an fix ALL those OUT OF ORDER DRYERS. There's atleast like 13 or more dryers down. I will say the ladies who work there are really sweet and helpful. It's always clean and nice. They have TVs with different channels playing. Kids channel a few adult programs. The ladies are always cleaning up an sweeping & doing the laundry service for people who drop their laundry off. They have two change dispensers on the wall by the desk. And they have a machine that has mini bottles of soap and fabric softener an dryer sheets. There's an ATM. They have bathrooms that are clean and locked you have to get the code at the desk. They have some vending machines for drinks an snacks kinda pricey. A big sink to wash your hands or whatever else. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking in front and side an there's a big parking lot in the back. It's a new facility so it's nice. The washers are all new and dryers too. It's busy a lot of the times. Best time to go is when everyone is at work early in the day. In the evening time I went around 4ish an it was somewhat busy. But it started filling up as I was waiting for my dryers. It usually stays busy. All days of the week. Great place aside from the dryer situation.

Was visiting for business. This place is the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever used. Staff was helpful and polite. Loved that they had many different sized machines. People doing laundry were very nice. Some kids but sat at tables. Might be more expensive than most but totally worth it.

Clean and we'll maintained. The employees are super nice and helpful. I had never been to a laundromat before so I had no idea what I was doing. Now in a regular and got one of their cards for the machine, which gives you money off when you add money to it. Their cards work better on the machines than my debit card (I would have to swipe 3 or 3 times to get it to take the payment). Kind of a no brainer to get some money off. I don't really know how the prices are compared to other places, I never felt the need to go anywhere. The location is convenient I set a timer on my phone when I need to make a quick stop at walmart or pick up something for dinner so im back in time to switch my laundry over. Saves time that way.

Ms Linda never sat down she was always moving assisting anyone who needed her and she even had time to smile at little babies too. Love this new location the morning attendants there, they was wonderful answering all my questions and showed me the app that they provide and How they have a cool FasCard. You load 20 dollars and they give you an extra 2 bucks so basically a free dry. Definitely going to start being a regular the store, it is the cleanest I’ve seen.

It's a brand new facility on South Shields Blvd. New machines & near Oncue express. There's a couple of dryers bigger than a mega load as well. Great for comforters.

I'm homeless and have become accustomed to being treated with discust less than human because I made a mistake over 20 years ago and went to prison for drugs I can't rent in your town but I live under a bridge with my dogs and these ladies are angels in human form bless you ladies
